Packages

DriverSelect

The weekly fee is charged to both the car owner and driver-partner. In their Uber account the description on the driver-partner’s weekly rental charge will say it is from DriverSelect.

DriverSelect Plus

Full management service. Hand over the car and DriverSelect does the rest.

DriverSelect Standard

  • Matching, payment and handover performed by DriverSelect.

DriverSelect Lite

Manage your own fleet. Qualifying criteria must be met (eg. fleet size, operational premises, understanding of DriverSelect processes - subject to signing of Service Level Agreement.) Contact DriverSelect to see if you qualify for this service.

White-labelled Payment Solutions

The weekly fee is only charged to the car owner. In their Uber account the description on the driver-partner’s weekly rental charge will say the charge is from car owner and not DriverSelect.

Payments

Includes Performance and weekly rental payment facilitation, if there is a rental shortfall it is the car owner’s responsibility to follow up with the driver-partner and collect this.

Visibility of live and historical driver-partners’ Uber earnings performance (including cash collection).

Driver performance data

A wealth of data to inform your rental decision as well as during the rental period to keep track of the driver-partner’s performance.

Driver / Rental matching

On our market place, multiple drivers can request to rent your deal. Deals can also be suggested to drivers by sending them the unique deal code. From the pool of interested drivers you can select the best for your rental.

Weekly payment facilitation

Weekly rental calculated and charged from the driver-partner’s Uber earnings and with the amount received (this can be less than the amount charged) deposited directly into your bank account (net of DriverSelect car owner fees).

Car activation on Uber

Documents uploaded and validated, vehicles activated.

Accounting

Weekly rental calculations, including pro-rata start / end times, off-road, per KM. Shortfalls tracked.

Shortfall support

Historical shortfalls tracked and deducted if possible. Interaction with driver-partner to deposit cash to catch up shortfalls.

Car deactivation

Should a driver-partner fall behind on rental, their vehicle can be deactivated on their Uber app so they can no longer pick up trips. This is an effective method of encouraging driver-partners to deposit cash to catch up shortfalls.

Driver onboarding + education

Drivers are given guidance and education to help them become better and more responsible drivers.

Car handover + full check

Rental contracts are signed and the driver is checked to ensure he is ready to pick up trips. Vehicles are given a cosmetic and mechanical check before being handed over.

Car check

Vehicles are given a cosmetic and mechanical check every 2 or 6 weeks depending on level of service. This is also a chance to connect face-to-face with the drivers and further education and discuss concerns and performance.

On Plus you can sleep soundly knowing our experienced team is looking after your car and the driver.

Insurance claim management

In the event of an insurance claim we help to make everything move as smoothly as possible to get your car back on the road.

Traffic fine redirection

For Plus customers or as a value Add-on to other levels of service we make sure all fines are redirected to the driver. If this is chosen as an Add-on all vehicles will have to initially visit our operations center in order to be added to the system.
